If you arrive outside of gate hours, you will not be able to enter until we reopen in the morning. We close the gates at 7pm because it's unsafe to have cars on the paths and folks setting up after nightfall.
Four Quarters handles parking, $25 CASH per car. Re-entry is $10 each time. CASH ONLY.

A new second gate this year for those wishing to camp in New Camp. This is a RESERVATION
ONLY gate, and reservations are made **BY CAR**, not by person. New Camp Glampers, you do not need a reservation to use this gate. If you are traditional camping, snag a reservation here.
Please make sure everyone in your car is prepared to camp here, as you will be parking here.

Make sure to check multiple cities to compare pricing as many airports have a similar drive time. If you plan to rent a car and drive yourself, Washington Dulles (IAD) provides the least hassle route to Campout, followed closely by Pittsburgh.

Amtrak's Capitol Limited train provides daily service to Cumberland, MD (CUM) with convenient arrival/departure times for folks coming from the direction of Chicago. Cumberland station is a quick 25-30 minute Uber or Taxi to our front gates. We advise against using this service if you are coming from the direction of DC.
